Residence Casabella is open all year round and is situated in a tranquil suburb of Brindisi, not far from the city centre and at the same time in close proximity to the centre from where the seaside is easily reachable. Also close are the industrial area, the hospital and others.
All commodities service the area as well as commercial activities, such as a laundry service, which is situated, close by.
The City Park is close enough permitting you to take your daily walks or jog. Also close by is a gym, recreational centre and a dance studio.
The complex has approximately seventy mini apartments; all furnished with linen, bath towels and cooking utensils. Included in the tariff is the periodic cleaning service as well as the change of linen.

Included also are all the relative consumption's, such as central heating, hot water and lights, provided they do not exceed 30Kw monthly.
